Sutton Place is a full-floor penthouse residence on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, visualized across every room of the home — from the private lift entry to the primary suite. The project spans nine principal spaces and is defined by the tension between classical architectural detailing and a deeply contemporary interior sensibility — warm figured woods, sculptural stone, and softly textured surfaces set against sweeping, unobstructed skyline views.

A green marble and oak lattice floor announces the entry. The kitchen centers on a sculptural Calacatta marble island beneath an ornate plaster ceiling medallion, the East River glowing behind. The corner dining room wraps two walls of glass with Manhattan and the river at golden hour. A Fazioli grand piano anchors the music room, the Empire State Building framed in the window behind it. The primary bathroom pairs an amber freestanding tub with a bold checkerboard shower above the city. The residence closes in the primary bedroom, a burl-wood arched headboard and window seat facing the skyline through fading golden hour light.
