Pomona is a full single-family residence visualized across eight principal spaces from a sun-drenched arched entry to a firelit master suite. Rooted in Spanish Colonial character, the project is defined by hand-plastered walls, terracotta hex floors, iron chandeliers, carved antiques, and cognac leather. Every room feels collected rather than designed

The arched entry corridor opens with terracotta hex tiles receding beneath repeating arches, flanked by palms and stacked linen pendants. The kitchen pairs a long marble island and glazed dark brick backsplash with warm oak cabinetry and globe pendants overhead. The dining room gathers cognac leather chairs around a blonde oak table beneath large-format black and white photography. The double-height living room wraps a lit herringbone fireplace and iron staircase in warm light pouring through French doors. The master bathroom enters through a Moorish arch, a walnut bench and full marble shower on a black and white diamond floor. The master bedroom closes quietly four-poster bed, stone fireplace, French doors to the garden.
