High-end Residential Exterior Visualization
The Sanctuary is a mountain residential development in West Virginia. The client needed a winter exterior visualization of one of its properties, intended as a marketing proposal to present the development to potential buyers and investors.
The ask was specific: snow-covered terrain, a ground-up perspective, and the actual ski run integrated in the foreground. Not a generic alpine mood, but an accurate representation of what it feels like to stand in front of this house.

The final DWG files were not ready when the project started. Work began from PDF drawings, reference images, and site video footage while the architectural team finalized their documentation.
The landscape context added another layer of complexity. The ski run sits directly in front of the property.Base modeling and camera exploration ran in parallel with early concept testing. AI-assisted environment generation was used to rapidly evaluate background compositions, allowing the team to lock in the right atmosphere before committing to full production.
The renders give the client a clear tool for presenting the development to buyers and investors, combining architectural legibility with a setting that reflects the real experience of the site.
