High-End Residential Loft Visualization

A New York loft visualized across five spaces for commercial and portfolio presentation. The direction was precisely defined: tricolor marble checkerboard flooring in the entry, an all-black kitchen anchored by a deep green marble island, alabaster bar lighting with a warm internal glow, brushed brass fixtures, and a material palette spanning Avocado quartzite, corrugated black metal, and olive green velvet. Five spaces built from a SketchUp file and a very specific vision.

The source was a client-provided SketchUp model that required significant geometry restoration and asset replacement before materials and lighting could begin. The harder task was honoring a very specific material vision without losing the warmth and livability of the space.

Key elements including the marble console, bar lighting, and decor were rebuilt or replaced entirely. Lighting was developed across five distinct spaces with particular attention to the alabaster bar light's internal glow, suspension fixtures in the living room and bedroom, and strip lighting under the bathroom cabinet and entry seating area. Decor was edited room by room based on detailed client references, with door staging carefully composed to control sightlines across the connected spaces.

Rendify was engaged to produce photorealistic interior visuals of the Sunken Lounge, supporting architectural decision-making while allowing for iterative design changes and creative exploration during early rounds.

Luxury Car Barn

A classic car barn visualization developed as part of a larger rural property, evolving into a farmstead-style courtyard layout. Expressive sketch and mixed-media visuals helped articulate scale, layout, and architectural intent for planning review.

West 13th Street Residence

A multi space visualization package that unified the exterior, lobby, rooftop terrace, and penthouse through cohesive materials, lighting, and storytelling. Produced simultaneously to support evolving design directions and final marketing needs.

Living Forms

Living Forms is a furniture visualization project developed for Stowed Home’s 2025 catalogue, with a focus on their signature living room collection. Our mandate covered the complete 3D production pipeline — from bespoke modeling to scene construction and final rendering — all aimed at replacing traditional photography with indistinguishably realistic CGI.
