Set in the lush, sunlit hills of Pacific Palisades, the Coastal Gables Residence was conceived as a modern rebuild after the devastating California wildfires — a symbol of resilience, renewal, and refined coastal living. Gandia Custom Homes approached us to help visualize this 5,000-square-foot custom home based on a vision rooted in warmth, geometry, and understated elegance.
Our renders were designed to mirror the high-end inspiration behind the build — using natural materials, clean vertical volumes, and a crisp gabled silhouette. From the hand-troweled stucco textures to the light-toned wood cladding, every detail was chosen to echo the serene aesthetic of modern California homes while reflecting the distinct DNA of Gandia’s design sensibility.
We leaned into golden hour lighting and soft reflections to emphasize the home’s connection to its surroundings. Lush landscaping, grounded minimalism, and carefully composed angles helped us tell the story of this property as more than a house — it’s a sanctuary crafted for modern coastal living.
