Pacific Residence
High-End Residential Exterior Visualization
A Brooklyn brownstone main floor, visualized for commercial and portfolio presentation. The direction was precisely defined: light beige walls and mouldings, gunmetal window frames, light oak chevron floors, 3000K lighting, and a material palette spanning limestone, travertine, Emporador stone, brushed brass, and Rosso Levanto accents. Autumn exterior views, a sunny exposure, and a kitchen opening onto a terrace.

The source was SketchUp-style concept geometry that needed to be rebuilt to a photorealistic standard without losing the decorative identity of the space. The harder task was balancing elegance with believability. The client wanted the result to feel polished but naturally lit and lived-in.
Key elements including the fireplace, doors, and entrance details were rebuilt from scratch. Lighting was developed around four distinct sources: staircase, island spotlights, cabinetry perimeter, and 3000K warm ambient. Autumn street and terrace references were integrated into the exterior views to place the interior firmly in its Brooklyn context.
