The space was designed to feel calm and immersive, balancing custom millwork, stone surfaces, sculptural fixtures, and soft lighting to create a private retreat within a larger residential project. Special focus was placed on close-up moments, material transitions, and lighting behavior to ensure the space felt refined without becoming overly decorative.

The bathroom evolved through extensive design exploration, including multiple stone directions, custom bathtub development, vanity refinements, seating options, and precise lighting coordination. As architectural drawings and elevations were updated throughout production, the visuals were continuously refined to maintain accuracy and consistency. Our mandate covered the complete 3D production pipeline — from bespoke modeling to scene construction and final rendering — all aimed at replacing traditional photography with indistinguishably realistic CGI.

Coastal Gables Residence

Set in the lush, sunlit hills of Pacific Palisades, the Coastal Gables Residence was conceived as a modern rebuild after the devastating California wildfires — a symbol of resilience, renewal, and refined coastal living.
