Love Lake Studio is a published residential and hospitality interior design practice with active projects across Miami, Aspen, New York, and the Bahamas.
The studio works in a register that leaves no room for slack: branded residences, private estates, and resort-tier hospitality where the interior itself is the product being sold. Clients expect polished visuals early - for approvals, marketing collateral, and pre-sale collateral that has to match the tier of the brand on the cover.
That kind of work produces a specific problem for a lean interior firm. Every scope needs its own visual package. Every package needs to reflect material-level decisions that are still moving. And the packages have to be ready before the floor plans stop changing - not after.
Love Lake didn't want another rendering vendor queued up behind an email inbox. They wanted a production partner who could sit inside the design loop and move as fast as the design itself.

Love Lake came into the engagement with two marquee developments running in parallel: a branded-residence unit at Aston Martin Residences and a hospitality build-out at the Kingfisher project. Between them, four distinct scopes each needed their own visual language.
What was on the table:

Aston Martin Residences - branded-residence interior
A high-end residential scope: kitchen-living, dining, and bedroom. Developed from CAD floorplans, elevations, and a design direction that kept refining itself. The finished visuals had to read as luxury at Aston Martin standard - the brand on the building sets the floor for every material and light source.


Kingfisher Main Pavilion
Exterior and interior visualization of a tropical-set hospitality pavilion, including the bar, lounge, and window detailing. Bright, natural-light renders that had to sit convincingly inside the tropical context.


Kingfisher Pavilion Gym
Full interior plus exterior (pool-adjacent) gym visualization. Vaulted ceilings, gym equipment integration, and lighting that works in a bright tropical envelope.


Kingfisher Pavilion Guest Rooms
Two distinct guest suite atmospheres rendered in cohesive, dual-color versions - each styled to sell a different guest mood inside the same architectural shell.
